They placed that going concern statement up there so when KBLB gets deep sixed , no one can sue them, claiming they going concern statement wasn't prominent enough in their filings.
They should have just titled it "KBLB is probably going out of business soon"
That would have been clearer.
But not much clearer to those of us that actually read filings and understand them.
