I’ve had tunnel vision with basketball...just read that twice. It read really well but I caught more details that I liked the second time.

They’re making progress in measurable ways as seen by their revs and profits (which is unheard of)

But I like all the seed planting on other fronts as well. It’s fun to thinking about the potential. Like us being in position to buy the adjacent 30 acres....what’s owed to TCA is already under control and planned out but they picture lot sales leading to that being settled more swiftly....and im still excited about the possibilities with Asian Carp cause it’s a real issue and they’re “working with federal officials” to bring something to fruition there.

Management is building a good foundation to say the least.
