what do you make out of it when he said S1 is self explanatory and we will raising capital as we are going to start P2 in this Q ? I mean if we want to look into this way that he seems pretty sure of dilution although he metntioned about wip on partnership side. What strikes you the most in his response which forces you to divert your mind away from S1 could be a reality as well ? Appreciate your reply.
