The hypocrisy of your username is amazing. Yes, some change in management is definitely needed. But, the question is: Do you BELIEVE in the technology and the scientists working on it at the company? It certainly doesn't sound like it, claiming it is a scam company. Is it? Not at all. Is management inept? Unfortunately, they haven't proven otherwise yet.
