I'm thinking in DD'ing the build out for THC2 facilities and The Lab, Joe was introduced to Emergent because these guys were aligning themselves as the go-too design, construction firm for the new OK Cannabis businesses, farming etc. I'll bet Matt is still sitting in the COO Chair because he brought the new companies to the table.

Makes sense to me. He has proven his worth to Joe and Devon.
