A couple of points:

1) You state "that is why the price keeps dumping to zero." This is false - the price hasn't dropped to zero.

2) You state " the price will keep falling." This is false, the price is up over 22% today.

3) You state "I suggest everyone reading to stay away, do not buy." I hope nobody took your suggestion, if they did it cost them money.

4) You state " keep an eye out for real proof/evidence from this company, and if it is proven to be real then it is a 100% buy." The key to investing is in seeing things others don't so as to acquire prior to appreciation. If you want to invest in 100% sure things you might want to consider different markets.
