Biggest headscratcher out there...why they didn't pr? why market ignoring? obviously super thin based on spread...minimum it should be $8 on PE of 15...this dip on it is super low volume meaning those in are not selling...My reco is load every ask dip below $4 & hold on tight...cream rises to top eventually...Good luck! ;)
