BIGhouse Bennie will still have a couple of decades of work life when he getts ~OUTT of prison, so he'll have to have his wages harnished at the Sonic Burger at Eastgate Mall off the Beltway in Cincy to begin to pay off the multimilion dollar aggregated restitution and civil forfeiture that is owed to you.
I've been a recipient of restitution when my car was broken into by a band of identity thieves in SF. They were in prison (technically in the San Bruno jail, which is where SF puts it's jailees and some state prisoners) doing a few years. When they gott paroled, I started getting Czechs every quarter from the county court - it was restitution munny the parolees had to pay. It wasn't a whole lot - maybe a few hunnert bucks every quarter for I think it was three or four years.
So when BIGhouse Bennie getts ~OUTT of the Bighouse, he'll be on probation and will likely have to cough up ~OUTT of every paycheck to pay towards his restitution amount. I don't know the rules for how the US Marshal and the Federal courts figger ~OUTT exactly how much each probationer must pay from their income towards their restitution amount. I think it's a sliding scale, so if they have low income, they pay a smaller percentage, and if their income does up, then they pay more. If they inherit munny or other assets, then those inheritances (or lotto winnings) pretty much all go to restitution until the full restitution amount is paid.
So for Matt "He Who's Name May Never Be Mentioned on iHub", his restitution amount was a bit over $4,000,000. So basically he'll be paying that off for the rest of his life, unless he hits a winning MegaLotto or PowerBall jackpot.
Since DIGhouse Bennie will also be paying of fines and civil forfeiture/disgorgment as well, NTEK shareholders who bought during his pumping period and later sold for losses, and have the documentation to prove it, will send in their request to be added to the restitution list and each will get a pro rate portion of each restitution payment.
So maybe every quarter you'll gett a Czech for a few bucks or so. This can go on for many years. Oddly, you should hope Bennie getts a large inheritance or hits the lotto, because that's the most likely way you'll gett any significant munny back unless 'his Steelers' sign him to replace BIG Ben R. and give Bennie a $10M signing bonus.
