Not with the massive dilution shared today, failure to execute anything, growing debt, as always, and perpetual paper printing. Another RS will occur well before this breaks $1, let alone $2...it’s a failed P and D, filings will show that very clearly, after the extension of course, so a little ways off. But, lil Miltie will still get his $30K a month for being a true waste of life.

09:17 AM EDT, 03/29/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Shares of DPW Holdings ( DPW ) , a technology holding company, tumbled 47% in pre-market trading after the company priced an underwritten $7 million public offering.

The offering consists of 2,855,500 shares with warrants to purchase 2,855,500 shares and 12.7 million pre-funded warrants exercisable for one share of common stock, together with warrants to purchase 12.7 million shares.

DPW said it intends to use the net proceeds to repay debt, and for general corporate purposes.

The warrants have an exercise price of $0.45, and will be exercisable upon issuance and will expire five years from the date of issuance.

Price: 0.3400, Change: -0.36, Percent Change: -51.45

"General corporate purposes." Yeah, I think we all know what that means

This is not an ongoing business, it's a share printing, TOXIC debt accumulator that is totally unable to fund their own operations to keep it afloat.
