Thus far, not relevant. However, proof will be in the pudding when 10-K: for Fiscal Year Ended 12/31/18. Jason has one, maybe two days to file for an extension, due Monday, April 01, 2019.

If extension is granted, Jason has five additional days to file...

Once 10-K: for Fiscal Year Ended 12/31/18 is filed, then we will learn whether the following is fact, that Data443 did "Acquire N8 Identity in Accretive Deal Valued at $3.2 Mil in Cash and Stock"
