I know it sucks, it was a big setback, which would have expedited their pay day.... but it happens all the time, and it is not dead yet...

plus maybe if she allowed VPLM the 2nd reply they requested, or to use VPLMs expert whitness testimony, or to allow VPLM a hearing on the motion to dismiss, they could have included those details that she claims aren't there..

But trust me they are there, the PTAB knows they are there.
