You asked for proof of settlement. Proof of settlement is in the court filings. The amount is unknown, but will be released very soon. Also they asked for 280 million, but settled. While I haven't seen too many people saying they settled for 200+, half of 280 isn't unheard of. I think that will be the max settlement, though.

GEEZ you really have to read the stickies - the reason this stock is so active is because it's kind of a lottery play right now - NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING! It's kinda like the Muller Report: SHOW US THE FACTS!!! Today was free fall day before the news comes out on Monday or Thursday or--- well you get the picture - so hang in there.
