Wiping out the legacy shareholders is NOT a mistake, it's a calculated, cold blooded move. You should know it better, Ken.
The whole sequence of the events pretty much confirms that the P&D scheme was successfully implemented in the past two weeks or so. The next shoe to drop now is a secondary once a R/S is official. That's what is going to happen tomorrow after the bell.

I’d say they either have really good MINE P1 data, great PSA data or both or there is a substantial deal for AXAL forthcoming.
