Sir,if you have no violations ,as much assholes as they are will find no excuse to remove your license and in the credentials Dept it can or could affect other license process like the Massachusetts which we don’t freaking get licensed

All 3 labs Lori controlled had issues. Anthony Smith is the only one left. Lori needs to resign and smith promoted

The other 2 violations where from employees taking waste samples home. I'm from the other side of the country and I'm also not in the industry at all and even I know that is illegal. To blame those licenses revocations on the OLCC is straight BS. I assume Portland is in trouble for the same garbage.
