They still have a viable ticker, but until they find something to put in it there wont be any hope of last year's prices. I got out in time to have a small gain, but then it kept falling to where we are now. They are also ready for a reverse split which it totally expected in these conditions. Answer is no, no way in hades will this return to last year's price. It will sway a little with crypto/blockchain because it is in that sector, but thats all.
