I'm on the case website for court of appeals..it looks like that appellee's (Kosmos) brief was filed and oral argument requested. Appellant (ERHE) reply brief, if any will be due 20 days from 3-27-19.

Not surprising. Will be interesting if ERHE files a reply brief immediately or if all.
