Gotcha. I wish u luck. I would encourage you to read senate bill360 West Virginia..... overall it has forced gas companies to be more fair with land owners and the way they pay the land owner royalties. This will all dip into the profits. The bill was passed last year. Land wonder now get offeeed a better % royalties and the percent is taken off the top. Before the bill, the gas companies would pay everyone that was involved and account for all supplies then subtract that from the proceeds of the sold gas then pay the land owner. It’s now they pay from total proceeds of the sold gas. Not trying to persuade u one way or another, just offering info of bill 360. Not saying it will affect AR price, but just saying it directly affects gas companies in the north east.
