All I can say with pretty decent certainty is that the VOLUME of shares traded on the AMEX/NYSE since being re-listed, isn't retail volume

Whales are loading and they are buying from retail that owns millions of shares in the .30's and .40's

This is why the PPS is trending sideways

Blood transfusion in progress and once the whales get their fill, it's my standpoint that the shares will double/triple from present levels as this becomes investment grade

$27,000,000 in cash on hand and Ram hasn't mentioned what he's doing with it.
