The company calls the T/A to confirm SS. OTC can only get update if notified by company ... OTC has zero to do with T/A.


T/A has a responsibility to the company/owner only.


Any one in doubt can call the T/A to confirm


Some companies I'm sure have an agreement that also authorizes otc to contact T/A and update monthly.

The reason the L2 is so thin is because we do know 4 bill shares are restricted. Gems like this when they get a heartbeat can run up real fast with little volume...
