You are right, people would not look too kindly on Benny if he shuttered REDG and started with a new company. Realistically, it wouldn't matter. As you pointed out there are a lot of people willing to trade in any company, regardless of product or revenue.

Marvel went through a bankruptcy, wiped out the common shareholders and reemerged. They had no problem selling stock to new shareholders.

I think it is only to the common shareholder's advantage to resurrect REDG. They are the ones that would be wiped out.

You would be wise to take everything Benny says with a grain of salt and only believe concrete facts that can be verified. Not sure how long you been following this but these videos and wishful thinking have amounted to nothing in the past years. The dishonesty, repeated failures on so many levels, and details surrounding past events (including outside of REDG) are quite alarming to say the least.
