Hasn't ERHE been battered and beaten????

Forced to renegotiate rights.
Multiple partners abandoned them.
Sao Tome asking the U.S. to investigate them.
DOJ Raided them.
SEC inquiry into who knows what.

I'd say Rocky's black eye is in place and it's time to yell "Adrian" and come out swinging... preferably at the DOJ to poop or get off the pot.
