I could find nothing explaining why. It is important to note that there are hundreds of cannabis companies she could have ended up at.....she choose LIHT. There must be a compelling reason...?
As far as the share price being down...we've seen what the shorts can do before. It sucks...but we know it is not the true value of the stock.
I think Rivera will bring attention to the stock. Financial analysts covering Aurora...may be the first to notice, and mention it. Any top executive...leaving a top cannabis company draws attention to why and where they are going.
Just for a mental exercise...how much do you think a company like Aurora....or any other company wanting to enter the Vegas cannabis market....would pay for just the Vegas assets (300,000sf) at full buildout?
