The MMEX-scam third-party promotion nonsense doesn’t change anything about what MMEX-scam is - a mediocre OTC share-selling scheme.

MMEX-scam could not have possibly contributed $5-million in equity to anything, because MMEX-scam has raised less than $5-million in its pathetic existence - so that claim is clearly utterly false.

MMEX-scam is not “fully permitted,” as falsely claimed in this spam-o-gram - MMEX-scam’s single TCEQ Type O AQP is no longer valid, as MMEX-scam and its nitwit partners had an incomplete design permitted.

The remaining claims are fantastically silly - no rudimentary topping unit can achieve even break-even financial performance - anyone with even the slightest sector knowledge understands this. MMEX-scam is far worse, as its stranded, isolated inland location has no access to crude or refined products transmission pipelines.

This kind of promo rubbish is beyond silly. MMEX-scam is spiraling into the ground, not “taking off.”

Because it will never happen - it is a pinkyland fantasy with a empty shell - this is the kind of nonsense is meant for novice OTCM investors - who are like those that go to a casino and play the penny slots and dreams of a Villa in the Caribbean.
