Man, every time I read one of his e-mails, I get all excited and want to buy more shares, then I remember I don't have any more darn money. Where else would you find this kind of patience in answering an individual shareholder's questions in such detail and with documentation? I don't understand why people can't accept that this company is doing everything by the book, as they've demonstrated. This is sort of embarrassing.

Wow! That is some email from Greg. The VYST investor relations is on point, unlike any other OTC stock I have been involved with. Very interesting that they retired/canceled their shares. Very reassuring stuff thanks for posting that.

The last paragraph of the response to the last question where Steve and Greg gave up shares and "cancelled" their compensation ($1million) speaks volumes about the people behind this company.

This, IMHO, is the best DD that's ever been posted to this board.

These parts stick out to me:

"We were very clear there were no warrants or ratchet clauses, or conversions associated with the transaction [regarding $200k institutional investment]."

"We understand shareholder frustration with this [gagged TA], but shortly we will be on the QB exchange and the TA will be on a program to update every week."

"Also, keep in mind that my dad does not take a salary so this is his annual compensation [Form 4, filed on 2019-03-27]. I think this is better than taking $250k in cash out of Vystar."

Did anyone else catch this sentence from Greg's answer to the first question?

"I believe it still does given the value of the pending transactions."

Sounds to me that they have things on the front burner that they know are going to add value to the share price. Of course, we already know about a lot of things that will add value, but "transactions", sounds like they have some major sales going on.
