All this litigation and appeals = more money = more dilution = more patience = ruling against voip-pal. I'm sorry, but you'd be fool to stay invested in this unless you have literally nothing to lose with your investment. Most people do, though. I wouldn't be surprised to hear from the company in a few weeks that ends this whole thing. Apple will fight this just a vigorously in the EU. It's also very important for people to understand - By Judge Koh gutting the meat out of Voip-Pal's argument (something I believe will be overturned), she eliminated what she needed to find in our favor. The PTAB has no such restriction.
