Time will tell, I think a partnership makes more sense, due to the extra resources they would gain form a partnership. BO just seems short sighted, They would be selling the company short. However greed is a strong motivator, and in this market there is no lack of it.
I am in it for the long haul, financials look good for rest of the year. Now as for the filing, I think it will be a bit longer before they submit the final data. I do not think they want a second Black Eye, they have too much to lose.
