This was a great read and summary by Judge Koh. Makes sense to me and all investors should be able to see why the patents were dismissed via Alice 101. No chance in hell this is getting overturned, and my opinion is I highly doubt vplm will see monitization in Europe because the underlying patent/invention is not really a new invention. It can all be done by person, which is what the old switchboard operators used to do. I never see anyone on this board discuss the actual patents and details. This document says it all. I sold all my shares yesterday and have zero plans to buy back. buh-by vplm.
