If you have an issue with it, pick up the phone and call the company and ask for some answers on what's going on. Spartak did it. I know others here have done it.
Where do you think the company starts the big lie - did they not secure the land for the development, do they not have the materials for construction, have they never intended to build? Delays in construction don’t change the end result of a successful and growing company. Delays are temporary and will be forgotten once the first homes begin selling.
