Of course, my point was I don;t see the benefit of them lying about it. It certainly is not propping up the share price or anything so there would be no need to keep up the charade if that was the purpose they'd be better off moving on to releasing news.

The fact I confirmed with the audit partner that they were engaged and auditing BMXI was enough for me to validate what they company was telling us, delays with initial audits happen all the time so I do not think of that as being abnormal. IT would seem that it will happen soon and I think we will all be happy we got in early as if/when this moves it will do so very quickly with how locked the float is.
