Warren Buffett, Ted Weschler and Todd Combs have to be feeling ecstatic about BRK's AAPL holdings with the recent AAPL share price appreciation ($192.78 currently). According to the Annual Report, as of 12/31/18 BRK held 255,300,329 shares of AAPL, or 5.4% of AAPL's outstanding shares, at a cost and tax basis of $36.044 Billion, or just over $140 per share. Even with AAPL shares closing way down at just over $157 on 12/31/18, the market value of BRK's AAPL shares at year's end was $40.271 Billion, for a profit of $4.227 Billion on its AAPL holdings as of 12/31/18,

The picture and financial totals have only gotten better for BRK with its AAPL holdings this year. Although AAPL is now BRK's largest stock holding, it is certainly possible that Buffett and BRK added more AAPL shares last quarter as it traded down in the $160's range. Time will tell and we shall see when the next reports of BRK's holdings come out.
