Anytime from now on since everything is ready for a Big R/S! Look at one of its peers: TRNX did crash down 91% to $0.531 from $5.89 after only [B]1:20[/B] R/S! So if 1:50 R/S kicks in here then we should expect to see the price crash down 95% at least...

Hopefully NSPR will get rid of all its Toxic Preferred shares through the coming Big R/S!
