To update you on that situation the process of taking NNYG to the next level is a very, difficult, and laborious, process that is being threatened by the fact the vast majority of our current stockholders (4200+ who own 300,000 shares) were formerly NuOasis stockholders we inherited when we bought controlling interest in NuOasis and changed the name and trading symbol.
Since they bought that stock in the late 1990's we have no company records to indicate how they got, and paid for their stock, which is a filing requirement for each and every one of them....
All we can provide is the records for the 99+% or majority of our stockholders we issued stock too and the compliance people say that's not enough - they want 100% which we cannot provide.
Bottom line that entire process is put on hold.
