I think senate bill 360 from WV really killed the profit margin near the end of 2018 when the bill got passed. Not interested in the stock just did business with them on a gs lease and senate bill 360 really made it out well for the land owner, may be worth researching if ur in this stock.

They get contracts from land owners and they are connected to EQT productions somehow. I have a little more personal info if ur interested.
