DrPoison, Dr.ROMEU knows if-he announces BUYBACK the $0.01 requirement for OTCQB uplisting will be possible? (i.e. announces buyback AND does it, not FAKE it by just announcing without having intention to do it, like he did with the OTCQB uplisting PR?)

I'm asking the question because per his IMPROVISED, immature and chaotic Tweets, he clearly demonstrated he's a COMPLETE NEWBIE in penny stocks world, so maybe he actually DOESN'T KNOW that if he announces BUYBACK the $0.01 requirement for OTCQB uplisting will be possible?

What are your thoughts about this?
