well in that case my blind bet is on BOD's greed and them wanting to profit from shares by buying at 0.281$ and selling higher after NDA filing in about 3 months! so by the measurement I say no deal will be printed under 0.61$ of last preferred deal and very good case 1.75$ so they can go back and tell market see told you guys to buy subs we made it happen.
