I understand fine that you are typing that and believe it so. It will shortly be confirmed as either fact or nonsense if that deadline and year length from the person you are emailing with is accurate. I didn't see that language in the actual award proposal from the Navy so It will be confirmed when it actually happens. I don't take emails from whatever Terry now is at TMPS as some kind of facts, if it is even him emailing you.

All we know as an actual Fact is Omega got an extension until March 2020.
