RP is been testing with different approved HIV treatments for years. He explains confidently, that patients can live with metastasis cancer. (and ultimately the drug might cure...)
He decided to go all in, with PRO140.

To recap:

- Prior to this video, 2015, he had years of experiments using different methods and drugs in HIV, and confidently claiming.
-- Blocking CCR5 receptor will stop spreading metastasis cancer.
-- Experiments with existing HIV drugs are very promising, pending FDA approval on using for cancer (after trials).

- He decided to go with PRO140.
-- He opted out other HIV treatment options.
-- He is confident in PR140 safety, and approval on other indications.
-- He KNOWS this is the real deal and the solution. HOW? (He wouldn't have gone all in, if there was NO human trails. a) He could have seen evidence in patient treated in PRO140 trials. OR b)offered help to immediate family members that he trusts without signing an NDA)

- He goes all in with PRO140
-- He understand the values of the stock (being undervalued)
-- He is confident in PRO140, HIV mono as well. (as a superior drug)



Base on RP having a) confidence, due to years of experiment, the key to stopping metastasis cancer being CCR5 b) PRO140 is the solution, and opting out on other HIV treatments, and c) going all in for CYDY stocks, I see no reason why I should be worried.

But I can comment on why I invested here.
1) Nader is Iranian. Being an Iranian, and understanding their mentality. They know how to drive businesses. They have this buy and sell mentality. They like to score huge, in the end. When I told my father, weeks ago about the product, he said go for it, "he is an Iranian"(referring to Nader). They are quiet capable, and can get into each and every door where as others mostly can't.

2) RP is all in .56/shr. His salary is just shy of Nader. He could be the CEO and Nader be the President soon, or vice verse. There is a reason they kept Nader so far, but RP has to protect his investment for every decision that is made. In the other word I think RP should block low priority decisions (or not so urgent), and tell Nader to go for the important ones to add visibility and value to the corp.

I believe a part of the acquisition deal was to uplist. If he wasn't assured, he wouldn't give his company away in an all stock deal. Very likely they presented him a specific time-frame to assure him on uplisting (1-2 year time frame, since acquisition, depending on their books). No one will throw all they have in a diluting OTC. And RP is likely smarted than average Joe.

3) Adam F. just commented on CYDY. He bashes corps, but on this he commented that FDA is getting approved, and he doesn't think 2020 sales are going to be $1B, and just in 10s of millions.
120k/person that is just 100-200 patients. He might be right, as it take a year or more for the insurances to start covering.
This tells me his followers will be staring investing soon.

Just base on the above, I will continue loading until mid 2020, and no intention to sell.

So, I'm confident because Nader is an Iranian, RP has a large stake, and Adam started taking on this.
