If I was looking to borrow a hundred million dollars and they told me they were a stock company trading on the US stock market I would be impressed
Then when I saw they were trading at 8 cents....I think I would pull my loan application.
Bottom line here...no filings, no increase in share price...filings, if good ...then huge increase in share price. We can chat all we want but it really comes down to that...plain and simple
