Partnership is out of the question, IPIX is too risky to invest millions. A buyout of 25 to 30 cent range would be the most Leo could achieve... The scam being Leo's bloated press-releases proclaiming billions, Otezla comparisons, 3 milestones and on and on... If we see bankruptcy or a minimal sale, yes it was a scam...
