This delay is real bummer, should have run a long time ago. Never got the movement the folks who started pumping it figured. someone or some group has been buying a ton the last several weeks but stock still goes no where.
dont believe this is retail, I hope its not but imo looks like they are dumping. This is just my opinion, could be wrong been wrong many times before but looks like dilution.
