Roughly half of those are restricted. So, we are really only looking at around 300-350mln float. I forget. Anyway, the OTC will show you.

Current float isn't bad. It isn't good, but, it also shouldn't really effect pps too dramatically. There is some logic that says that some float is good depending on investment strategy.
