BIOAQ is an SEC registrant. They are required to file with the SEC.

The SEC regularly suspends, and then revokes, delinquent SEC registrants trading on the Pink Sheets. BIOAQ is just like them.

BIOAQ could, theoretically, be suspended by the SEC at any time.
