The new company is in California and has nothing to do with STAU... He made this new company and it is private..

$STAU - DE SOS: GOOD STANDING / CEO: JACKSON CORLEY

This company is NOT dead and in fact is in good standing with DE SOS.

The difference between my screen shot and the one previously posted on this board is I called the DE SOS and also paid the $10 for the current corp. status. I also requested the report by email which is the second screen shot.

Anyone in doubt can call the DE SOS 302-739-3073, pay the $10, and get the same answer.
