It'll be interesting to see how far we pull back after this run. The volume still isn't all that impressive to me at this point. Shorty doesn't seem too worried yet, but I suspect that will change in time.
Once the market closes I'm off to Hapuna Beach. It's the one area I'm going to miss when we leave here. As for Utah, I'm not so sure we'll be heading there. Not too fond of cold temperatures since fresh fruits & veggies, especially oranges, are such an important part of our lifestyle. We'll probably end up in AZ or north of Los Angeles where the food grows and we can get some wilderness around us.
