The assets were then liquidated, making BioAmber an empty shell with $80+M of debt they cannot repay. Once the proceeds from the liquidation are distributed, the remaining debt and equity will be discharged and BioAmber will cease to exist.
Happy that the guy found a job, but his new role has absolutely nothing to do with BioAmber.
