Finally. The patents, the intellectual property, clients, and everything else GONE just as shown in the ibox. The only thing left here was the INCORPORATED name hence the difference between NeoMedia Technologies, Inc(this trading stock) and NM,LLC where everything else now resides under new ownership, from the court settlement.
