That was just for an example to make the point, price is probably not correct, especially with 5 year expire date. Otc doesn’t usually exchange warrants, but if this was on an exchange that traded warrants, (ignoring the share price would actually have to be higher for say nasdaq), I probably would be looking at 75c or $1 warrants with 1-2 years expiration. I suspect the way it has traded over the last couple of years, I might get some around that area cheap.
