There was a bit more dilution before the STOP hit

OS will be around 210 - 220 Million. It will be restated once the filings are out and STOP is removed.

It takes them about a month to double to OS each time. So I’m thinking the RS will be announced around the same time as the filings, as it takes at least a month to process. 1:100 again most likely, but 1:250 would not surprise.

If they don’t file, then expect CE ( Skull and Crossbones flag ) and the company will probably go dark.

If they do file, look at the restated convertible notes, they will give a good indication of timing.
