Their last FS showed them need big either 733m or 1.3b to develop the mine. If this new technology reduces that figure which Buffington alludes to in their Jan 10th 2018 update then they’ll need capital from somewhere.

No idea how much the new technology mine expansion would cost but can’t imagine a private lender ponying up 100’sm.

Remember- we are insignificant to their plans. They need to expand and develop and ordinarily in this industry that means diluting shareholders or in this case the same as with the actual start of ANV from Vista gold in 2007.
