I do not doubt that reverse split is in the picture, however we have to see how this stock goes up after the merger. If what we hear is true we will go from a million dollar company to a multi million dollar company the price of stock will be significant. Based on the need for security and what can now be accomplished.

Yes they have even managed to do a reverse 2nd split in less than a year. This is a legal share selling scam
